- •As the Internal Audit Specialist, you will monitor and test key business processes to ensure effectiveness and compliance with public-company standards.
- •This high-visibility role offers deep exposure to evolving financial operations and aligns internal controls with US GAAP and regulatory benchmarks.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead internal control audit activities, including planning, testing, and reporting.
- •Maintain key audit documentation for SOX 404 compliance.
- •Shape the internal audit function, contributing to methodology, governance, and tooling.
- •Own and implement the internal control platform (e.g., Workiva, AuditBoard).
- •Coordinate and perform internal control audits and serve as a primary contact for external auditors.
- •Requirements 4+ years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 2 years focused on SEC internal control reporting.
- •Solid understanding of internal control framework, COSO standards, and risk management.
- •Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- •Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- •Hands-on experience with specialized internal control software (e.g., Workiva, AuditBoard) is highly preferred.
