Lead commercial roofing service operations, ensuring quality repairs and customer satisfaction.
- •As a Roofing Service Foreman, you will be responsible for locating leaks and performing quality roof repairs in a safe and timely manner, while treating customers and fellow employees with courtesy and respect.
- •This role involves completing defined scope projects and preventative maintenance activities.
- •Key Responsibilities Locate leaks and perform quality roof repairs.

- •Ensure all work is performed safely and in a timely manner.
- •Requirements 5+ years in Commercial Roofing Service as a foreman.
- •Knowledge of all roof systems including applied Modified Bitumen, E.P.D.M., Heat Welded TPO/PVC Membranes, Tile, Coatings, Metal Roof systems, Sheet Metal and related roof accessories.
- •Valid Driver's License with a good 7-year driving record.
