- •Program Manager will oversee the master schedule and cost controls for multiple gigawatt-scale data center builds.
- •Key Responsibilities Run the master schedule and cost controls across a portfolio of concurrent data center builds.
- •Build the reporting rhythm that provides a single source of truth on schedule, budget, and risk.
- •Drive the integrated risk register from identification to mitigation.
- •Stand up the program controls tooling and standards for new sites.
- •Coordinate across construction, procurement, design, and commissioning.
- •Requirements Experience with program controls, schedule, cost, and risk across large capital projects.
- •Ability to build a reporting cadence that executives trust.
- •Experience with Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling at portfolio scale.
- •Experience with Earned value management.
- •Experience with modular or repeatable build programs.
