About the role
TL;DR
Manage full-cycle general ledger accounting and ensure timely financial statement preparation.
- •The Senior Accountant will manage full-cycle general ledger accounting, ensuring accurate financial statements and timely close processes.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the full-cycle general ledger function, from journal entries and account reconciliations through monthly financial statement preparation.
- •Run month-end and year-end close to schedule, coordinating with FP&A, Tax, and Operations.
- •Expand the chart of accounts and entity structure in NetSuite as new subsidiaries and currencies come online.
- •Support external audits end to end, preparing PBC schedules, answering auditor requests, and standing behind every number in the file.
- •Requirements Full-cycle general ledger accounting experience, including journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly financials.
- •Knowledge of US GAAP to prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations.
- •Experience working inside NetSuite and proficiency in Excel for reconciliations outside the system.
- •Ability to run multiple close cycles and deadlines at once without letting one slip.
