Responsible for overall security posture at the site.
- •The Security Site Lead will be responsible for the overall security posture at the site.
- •Key Responsibilities Own accountability for every security system, process, and policy at the site.
- •Act as the on-site escalation point for any security-related issue.
- •Ensure the guard force, access control, and camera systems are operating as designed.
- •Drive incident response at the site from first notification through resolution.
- •Enforce site security policy and standards, identifying gaps and driving corrective action.
- •Represent security in site-level planning and decision-making.
- •Requirements Experience leading site-level security at a high-security site.
- •Experience as the go-to escalation point for security-relevant issues.
- •Experience holding security vendors accountable to policy and SLA.
- •Experience driving a security incident to resolution at the site level.
- •Ability to read a security policy and spot discrepancies with reality.
- •Clear and quick communication under pressure.
