- •Key Responsibilities Partner with data center operations leadership on org design, performance, and people calls.
- •Support site leaders on shift workforce management, scheduling models, fatigue, and retention.
- •Run employee relations for a distributed hourly and salaried workforce.
- •Build people programs that work at a data center.
- •Requirements Experience as an HR business partner for operations, manufacturing, or field workforces.
- •Experience handling employee relations cases end to end.
- •Credibility with site technicians and VPs.
- •Ability to travel to sites and be more useful there than on video.
