Lead technical direction for facilities production engineering at FluidStack.
- •The Facilities Production Technical Lead will own technical direction for facilities production engineering, architect the telemetry pipeline, and set technical standards for controls integrations.
- •Key Responsibilities Own technical direction for facilities production engineering.
- •Architect the telemetry pipeline from BMS and EPMS into the tooling operators and engineers run on.
- •Set technical standards for controls integrations so every site speaks the same data language.
- •Lead the hardest debugging: when the plant and the software disagree, find the truth.
- •Requirements Senior technical voice on facilities or industrial software systems.
- •Experience integrating OT systems (BMS, EPMS, SCADA) with modern data stacks.
- •Ability to debug across the OT/IT boundary without losing patience or precision.
- •Architecture decisions that have survived scale and ability to name the tradeoffs.
- •Bonus: Data center controls, time-series platforms, OPC-UA, BACnet, Modbus, control system security.
