- •Waabi is seeking a Bringup Engineer to support vehicle and component bringup and R&D.
- •This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software faults, providing technical support for the autonomous vehicle fleet, and collaborating with engineering teams to enhance performance and testing efficiency.
- •Key Responsibilities Responsible for vehicle and component bringup and R&D support.
- •Troubleshoot and root cause various software and hardware faults across different vehicle platforms.
- •Provide technical support for software and hardware issues encountered by the autonomous vehicle fleet.
- •Collaborate with engineering teams to improve the Waabi Driver’s performance, reduce faults, and enhance testing efficiency.
- •Develop and execute on-vehicle test plans to verify functional and interface requirements.
- •Requirements Bachelor in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- •Minimum of 5 years experience demonstrating debugging issues, preferable for autonomous vehicles, robotics, or similarly complex environments.
- •Strong, hands-on experience with automotive cameras.
- •Proficiency with sensor data acquisition, processing, and analysis techniques.
- •Strong experience with Linux environments and some scripting languages.
