  • Maintain the physical infrastructure of Fluidstack's GPU supercomputers, keeping uptime high for AI customers.

  • Perform cable management: reseat and swap network, power, and data cables.
  • Execute server tray swaps and hardware replacements following established procedures.
  • Respond promptly to on-call requests against aggressive SLAs.
  • Document all maintenance activities and hardware changes in tracking systems.
  • Requirements You're starting out in data center operations or hardware, and you want to grow fast in a high-performance environment.
  • You follow technical procedures precisely and sweat the details, because in a live data center small mistakes have big consequences.
  • You manage your time well and respond quickly to urgent, on-call requests.
  • You can lift up to 50 pounds and work comfortably in a data center environment.
  • You document carefully and keep tracking systems accurate.
