TL;DR
Manage deployment projects for controls and sensor systems.
- •Run deployment projects for controls and sensor systems across sites.
- •Key Responsibilities Coordinate installation and integration of BMS and EPMS sensors, meters, and control hardware.
- •Own the vendor relationships: procurement handoff, delivery timing, and field support.
- •Track every site's controls scope to done, with punch lists that actually reach zero.
- •Requirements Project-managed controls, instrumentation, or low-voltage systems installation on industrial or data center sites.
- •Herded electricians, integrators, and vendors to a date without owning any of them.
- •Read one-lines, points lists, and network drawings well enough to catch a scope gap.
- •Recovered a slipping installation without burning the team.
- •Punch lists close because you drive them daily.
