TL;DR
Lead controls engineering for AI infrastructure.
- •The Controls Lead will own controls engineering across the portfolio, set the controls reference design, and drive contractors to that standard.
- •Key Responsibilities Own controls engineering across the portfolio: BMS, EPMS, and the integration layer between them.
- •Set the controls reference design, architecture, points standards, and sequences, one standard across every site.
- •Drive controls contractors and integrators to that standard, reviewing programming before it reaches commissioning.
- •Own the controls interface to commissioning automation so Level 4 and 5 testing gets faster every site.
- •Requirements Led controls engineering for mission critical or industrial facilities.
- •Written or owned sequences of operations for complex plants.
- •Standardized controls across multiple sites and made integrators comply.
- •Know where controls projects fail, points lists, graphics, alarm floods, and you prevent it.
- •Bonus: Niagara or Ignition.
- •Controls cybersecurity.
- •Commissioning automation.
