Engineer automation and equipment for production lines.
- •Engineer the automation and equipment inside the lines: cells, fixtures, and machines specified, bought, and proven.
- •Key Responsibilities Engineer the automation and equipment inside the lines: cells, fixtures, and machines specified, bought, and proven.
- •Own equipment from URS through SAT: vendor selection, FAT, install, and handoff to production.
- •Integrate equipment into the line's controls and data: cycle counts, faults, and OEE flowing automatically.
- •Own uptime and cycle-time gains after handoff, not thrown over the wall.
- •Requirements You've specified and launched production equipment or automation cells.
- •You've run FATs that caught what mattered before shipment.
- •You're hands-on at the machine: sensors, drives, and program logic.
- •You've integrated equipment data into OEE or MES reporting.
- •You close out installs completely: training, spares, and documentation.
