- •We are looking for an AP Senior Associate to manage end-to-end AP operations, ensuring vendors are paid accurately and on time.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end AP operations Ensure vendors are paid accurately and on time Maintain internal controls Support IPO readiness and audit preparation Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders Requirements 3-6 years of accounts payable or broader accounting experience Strong understanding of AP processes Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets Demonstrated ability to manage high invoice volumes Familiarity with month-end close processes Excellent organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills
