TL;DR
Lead renovation and turn projects for Flock Homes' Flagship Fund.
- •As Renovations Project Manager at Flock Homes, you will be responsible for proposing and executing turns and value-add renovations on behalf of our Flagship Fund.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead renovation and turn projects from initiation through completion, defining scope, success metrics, timelines, and deliverables.
- •Serve as the central point of contact across internal teams and external partners.
- •Source external vendors and trade partners as part of project execution, ensuring timelines, scope, and expectations are met.
- •Deliver clear, timely, and professional communication to internal and external stakeholders regarding project status, milestones, and outcomes.
- •Track project metrics and outcomes, providing regular reporting to leadership.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations, engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred. 5+ years in project management or operations, with ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- •Excellent written and verbal communicator.
- •Highly tech-fluent: quick to learn new systems, comfortable with AI-enabled tools, and inclined to build workflows rather than wait for them.
- •Proficient with AppFolio, Salesforce, and Google Workspace, plus standard remote collaboration tools.
