- •Flix is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to lead budget and forecast processes, provide financial insights, monitor KPIs, and develop financial models.

- •Key Responsibilities Drive forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term planning processes.
- •Create standardized global financial reporting.
- •Partner with operational departments on cost control and margin improvement.
- •Oversee financial performance of key business segments.
- •Review month-end results and challenge assumptions based on KPIs.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 2+ years of professional experience in corporate FP&A or operational finance.
- •Understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- •Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- •Excellent communication skills.
