About the role
TL;DR
Process and reconcile US and international payroll, GL accounting, and ensure compliance.
- •Payroll Analyst, you’ll own end-to-end US and international payroll processing, reconciliations, and GL accounting.
- •You’ll partner closely with third-party vendors, People Operations, Finance, and Treasury to streamline cross-functional payroll workflows and resolve complex issues.
- •Key Responsibilities Process, prepare, and reconcile US and international payroll.
- •Monitor Time & Attendance timesheets and processing for non-exempt employees.
- •Prepare and record payroll-related journal entries to the general ledger.
- •Perform monthly reconciliations of payroll-related GL accounts.
- •Assist employees and managers with payroll-related education and issues.
- •Requirements 6+ years of direct payroll experience processing US multi-state and Canadian payroll.
- •HRIS experience required, with Workday preferred.
- •Proficiency with MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
- •Knowledge and mindset for automation and process improvements for scalability.
- •NetSuite experience preferred.
