- •Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise requests from initial discovery to delivery and post-launch validation.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise requests from initial discovery to delivery and post-launch validation.
- •Partner with enterprise customers and the customer success team to turn unstructured feedback into clear requirements.
- •Oversee and project manage the enterprise backlog in line with company priorities and engineering capacity.
- •Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering and other PMs to make smart trade-offs between bespoke and reusable solutions.
- •Drive alignment across stakeholders from enterprise customers to internal product teams.
