- •Fireworks is seeking a Member of Technical Staff to build foundational capabilities for enterprise clients, enabling them to run their business on the Fireworks AI platform.
- •This role involves owning end-to-end features that address complex organizational, security, and operational requirements for large-scale companies.
- •Key Responsibilities Own foundational capabilities end to end, migrating live systems onto them.
- •Design primitives for customer organization and access control, connecting to enterprise directories.
- •Develop multi-tenant authorization, policy enforcement, and audit systems.
- •Ensure accurate and legible usage metering, spend controls, and billing at scale.
- •Manage data isolation and key management across major cloud providers.
- •Requirements 2+ years building and operating production backend or distributed systems at scale.
- •Strong server-side engineering skills in Go, Python, C++, or TypeScript.
- •Experience designing APIs and data models that evolve under live traffic.
- •Hands-on depth in at least one major cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure) including IAM, KMS, and networking.
- •Willingness to work directly with customers and own ambiguous workstreams.
