- •Fireworks is seeking a Head of GTM Engineering & Systems to lead the architecture and delivery of their GTM technology stack.
- •This role will own the full GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, CPQ, and various engagement and enrichment tools, while also driving the integration of agentic AI into GTM workflows.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and architect the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, enrichment, routing, and engagement tools.
- •Build a durable quoting and lead-to-revenue architecture from scratch.
- •Develop and implement agentic AI workflows to enhance GTM team productivity.
- •Build and scale the GTM Engineering team, defining hiring profiles and technical standards.
- •Requirements 10+ years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations at B2B companies. 5+ years of people management experience.
- •Deep architectural experience in Salesforce, including data model, process automation, and integrations.
- •Proven track record of building automation that drives real sales rep productivity enhancements.
- •Experience building or rebuilding a quoting or CPQ workflow at scale.
