Technical partner for customers, driving adoption, retention, and expansion.
- •As a Success Engineer at Firecrawl, you will be the primary technical partner for customers, ensuring their long-term success with the product.
- •You'll deepen customer adoption, resolve complex technical challenges, and drive account growth.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the technical health and success of customer accounts.
- •Build integrations and solve technical problems to foster account growth.
- •Conduct technical discovery to diagnose and resolve customer issues.
- •Translate technical wins into adoption and expansion, partnering with the revenue team.
- •Serve as the trusted technical voice for accounts and relay field insights to product and engineering.
- •Requirements 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Customer Success Engineering, Solutions Engineering).
- •Technical proficiency to build POCs and integrations, read code, and use APIs.
- •Proven experience owning and growing accounts through technical work.
- •Ability to differentiate user error from bugs and product gaps.
- •Skill in translating technical details into business value.
