- •Key Responsibilities Conducting behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs) Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans Providing caregiver training and ongoing family support Supervising and mentoring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Collaborating with families, providers, and interdisciplinary care teams Requirements Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills Ability to work in a hybrid role with required in-person attendance at our Ontario, OH clinic 1-2 days per week
