About the role
TL;DR
Build and optimize GTM infrastructure, operationalize AI, and partner cross-functionally.
- •Finix is seeking a GTM Engineer to build and optimize Go-to-Market infrastructure, focusing on revenue generation and customer expansion.
- •This role involves owning HubSpot architecture, operationalizing AI across GTM workflows, and partnering cross-functionally.
- •Key Responsibilities Rebuild and optimize core GTM systems and workflows.
- •Own HubSpot architecture, automation, attribution, enrichment, routing, and reporting.
- •Deploy AI-native workflows and agents across prospecting, enrichment, and qualification.
- •Build API integrations between internal systems and external vendors.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in RevOps, Growth Ops, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, or GTM Engineering.
- •Expert-level, hands-on experience with HubSpot.
- •Proficient with AI-native GTM tooling (e.g., Claude, OpenAI, Zapier) and agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain).
- •Comfortable working with APIs, automation tooling, spreadsheets, and low-code workflows.
