Senior Site Reliability Engineer to ensure platform reliability and performance on AWS.
- •Filevine is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join their team and focus on the reliability, scalability, and performance of their Telephony & Communications Platform.
- •This role involves engineering autonomous systems to manage critical infrastructure and ensure seamless operations.
- •Key Responsibilities Own platform reliability, availability, and performance.
- •Build AWS infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
- •Develop CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and automation.
- •Define SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets.
- •Lead incident response and continuous reliability improvements.
- •Requirements 8+ years in Software Engineering, Infrastructure, or Operations. 4+ years of Site Reliability Engineering experience.
- •Strong AWS experience (EC2, ECS/EKS, VPC, Route 53, IAM, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch).
- •Expertise with Terraform, CI/CD, observability, automation, and scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
- •Experience supporting highly available, low-latency production systems.
