- •Digital Reporters facilitate these sessions by managing Zoom calls, assisting participants with basic technical issues, and helping ensure transcripts are captured accurately.
- •Key Responsibilities Facilitate Zoom sessions with professionalism and warmth.
- •Troubleshoot technical issues for attendees.
- •Safeguard transcript quality by ensuring optimal audio conditions.
- •Administer oaths, manage on/off-the-record moments, and handle procedural steps.
- •Conduct proceedings in accordance with established procedural scripts and legal prompts.
- •Requirements Active Notary Public license in New Mexico.
- •Remote Online Notarization (RON) Certification from the New Mexico Secretary of State.
- •Strong internet connection and access to a quiet, professional workspace.
- •Video-enabled computer with necessary software capabilities.
- •Ability to work during standard business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday).
