TL;DR
FP&A Senior Analyst to provide financial insights and support planning activities.
- •Lead is a banking infrastructure platform that enables fintechs to offer compliant, programmable services.
- •The Financial Planning & Analysis team ensures Lead's future by turning financial and operational data into actionable business strategy.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain financial models for strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- •Perform variance analysis to identify financial discrepancies and provide insights.
- •Build and prepare reports to communicate financial findings and recommendations.
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and support financial planning initiatives.
- •Build and improve cashflow planning processes and analytics.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 4-6 years of experience in FP&A, with Banking or Fintech experience preferred.
- •Experience building and maintaining financial models.
- •Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with additional skills in FP&A software like Vena and use of AI software preferred.
- •Strong attention to detail, judgment, and analytical skills.
