- •Instacart's Eversight is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to build and manage end-to-end revenue operations for its Commercial organization.
- •This is a build-and-own role focused on identifying business needs, proposing solutions, and driving them to completion.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop standardized reporting and forecasting models for commercial leadership.
- •Build and deploy dashboards for Sales and Customer Success to drive decision-making.
- •Identify and resolve operational gaps to improve forecast accuracy and process efficiency.
- •Implement AI tools and automations to reduce manual operational overhead.
- •Requirements 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar SaaS function.
- •Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and deliver actionable insights.
- •Fluent in using AI tools, agents, and workflow automations.
- •Experience with SQL and Tableau.
- •Exceptional communication skills and ability to present findings to leadership.
