- •The Senior Inventory Control Specialist will oversee inventory levels for Monster Jam, manage parts ordering for satellite and engine shops, and ensure efficient parts operations.
- •This role focuses on maximizing return on investment through effective inventory and expense control.
- •Key Responsibilities Maintain an accurate and effective parts inventory control system.
- •Oversee employee training, daily work orders, and shipping/receiving of parts.
- •Manage development activities for reporting employees and fleet technicians.
- •Develop, implement, and manage the Inventory Control System across all shops and mobile inventory.
- •Optimize Parts Department processes and provide training and support to personnel.
- •Requirements Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Inventory Management, or Logistics.
- •Proficiency with computer-generated inventory control systems.
- •Experience in parts or heavy equipment parts, auto parts sales, or heavy-duty technician roles preferred.
- •Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports and understand basic financial principles.
- •Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs, and occasionally 75lbs or more.
