- •Federato is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to drive complex implementations of their AI-native insurance platform.
- •This role involves technical leadership, customer interaction, and influencing product development.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive planning, scoping, and delivery of complex implementations.
- •Serve as technical escalation point for integration and custom implementation issues.
- •Lead technical discovery calls with customers and translate requirements into scoped stories.
- •Propose and influence architectural decisions and recommend process improvements.
- •Represent the Forward Deployed Engineering function in product feedback and feature prioritization.
- •Requirements B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience. 6-8+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, or technical product/program management experience.
- •Deep expertise across multiple product domains and ability to debug complex integrations.
- •Strong communication skills for leading discovery sessions and managing client expectations.
- •Coding competency in SQL, JavaScript, and Python.
