- •AIOS is building the world's first full-stack AI doctor and is seeking an Affiliate Lead to scale customer acquisition through affiliate partnerships.
- •This role is crucial for turning affiliates into a clean, scalable, and profitable channel for Bolt Pharmacy (UK).
- •Key Responsibilities Grow affiliate-attributed revenue and ensure clean attribution.
- •Recruit, manage, and develop high-quality affiliate partnerships.
- •Develop and iterate on offers, systems, and communications to optimize affiliate performance.
- •Ensure program operational reliability, measurability, and scalability.
- •Maintain brand integrity through strict content compliance and accurate claims.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience growing affiliate, publisher, partnership, or creator channels, managing programs via platforms like Everflow or TradeTracker.
- •Strong understanding of metrics such as attribution, revenue, CAC, and contribution margin.
- •Proven ability to source, pitch, negotiate with, and close high-quality affiliates.
- •Excellent judgment for identifying and nurturing high-potential affiliates.
- •Experience in performance marketing, including direct-response creative, landing pages, and attribution.
