- •This role owns the core AI infrastructure and workflow agents, requiring UX and technical acumen to deliver high-quality agents in a complex domain.
- •Key Responsibilities Deliver core workflow agents for permitting, enabling rapid comprehension of construction projects and accurate compliance submissions.
- •Define and own the quality bar for AI agent reliability in production.
- •Drive the path to full automation for permitting use cases.
- •Design architecture for assistive use cases with human-in-the-loop patterns.
- •Build an evaluation and data flywheel through early testing and error analysis.
- •Requirements 7+ years of product management experience or equivalent.
- •Direct ownership of the quality bar for a shipped AI/Agentic system.
- •Hands-on experience building evaluations (golden data sets, LLM-as-judge, etc.).
- •Deep technical fluency and ability to engage engineering on technical concepts.
- •Track record of partnering closely with operations teams.
