TL;DR
Manage infrastructure vendor performance and relationships for GPU partners.
- •Fal AI is building the generative media ecosystem for AI products.
- •This role is crucial for ensuring the performance and reliability of our GPU infrastructure by managing vendor relationships and SLAs.
- •Key Responsibilities Own vendor performance across GPU hyperscalers and neocloud providers by defining and tracking SLAs.
- •Build strategic relationships with key infrastructure partners through regular business reviews.
- •Align capacity to demand by securing committed GPU capacity and mitigating supply constraints.
- •Own vendor governance including contract compliance, invoice reconciliation, and performance reporting.
- •Requirements 5+ years in vendor management, cloud partnerships, or infrastructure procurement within the AI, GPU, or hyperscale infrastructure industry.
- •Direct experience with neocloud, hyperscaler, or GPU infrastructure providers.
- •Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- •Comfortable owning vendor escalations and communicating with executive vendor contacts.
