About the role
TL;DR
Manage field installation and hardware deployment projects across ANZ.
- •Lead the team responsible for the timely and accurate installation of digital and traditional signage across ANZ.
- •You will manage installation managers and contractor crews, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and safely.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage and coach installation managers and contractor crews.
- •Ensure all installations are delivered on time, on budget, and safely.
- •Oversee the contractor network, including sourcing, capacity, quality, and rates.
- •Manage site readiness, client escalations, and project momentum.
- •Own the P&L for installation, including margin, cost per install, and contractor utilization.
- •Requirements 10+ years of experience in field installation, construction, or fit-out work, including on-site experience. 5+ years of experience leading managers.
- •Proven track record of delivering projects through contractor and subcontractor networks.
- •Solid understanding of codes, permits, and site safety.
- •Experience scaling an installation operation while maintaining quality.
