- •Commission the line and qualify coatings with suppliers to the performance standard the product needs.
- •Hold quality and environmental compliance together: appearance, adhesion, salt spray, and permits.
- •Requirements You've engineered industrial paint or coating operations, liquid or powder, at scale.
- •You've solved adhesion, contamination, or cure problems to root cause.
- •You know pretreatment chemistry and manage it with your supplier, not by faith.
- •You've run a line under air permit constraints and kept it compliant.
- •You test to standards and act on the results.
