- •Key Responsibilities Lead the design of high-end, impactful product experiences for Leona’s digital products Spend time getting to know our target users and develop empathy for their unique needs Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders Be a key decision-maker on a small but talented team Help us make Leona a company that stands out for its design excellence Requirements Has a proven track record of designing mobile-first digital products, with at least 7 years of relevant work experience Spanish & English language fluency Specific experience designing for native mobile apps (iOS or Android), with extensive knowledge of common design patterns + guidelines Mastery of the various tools needed for each step of the design process Feels comfortable taking ideas from wireframes to pixel-perfect deliverables, and is excited about defining and owning this process
