About the role
TL;DR
Design and develop mission-critical infrastructure for the Connect Cloud Platform.
- •Join our team to build mission-critical infrastructure for the Connect Cloud Platform.
- •Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and operationalize high-performance, scalable, and resilient backend services.
- •Build the orchestration, auto-scaling, and lifecycle management systems for Kafka Connect workloads.
- •Ensure robust isolation and security for diverse workloads.
- •Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues.
- •Drive operational excellence and meet SLA commitments.
- •Innovate and improve architectural, process, and operational aspects.
- •Requirements 8+ years of experience in backend systems design, building, scaling, and support.
- •Proficiency in a major programming language like Java, Go, C++, Python, etc.
- •Experience with distributed systems and microservices using Kubernetes, Helm, etc.
- •Strong focus on project delivery and communication skills.
- •Experience in driving operational excellence for large, production services.
- •BS, MS, or PhD in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
