- •Virta Health is seeking an AI Operations Engineer to drive the company's evolution into an AI-native organization.
- •This role involves partnering with HR and business departments to safely and effectively implement generative AI, maximizing operational velocity.
- •Key Responsibilities Serve as the technical SME for the rollout of the selected agentic AI platform, supporting technical requests and identifying AI use cases.
- •Define, monitor, and report on enterprise AI costs by department using dashboards.
- •Partner with Information Security and legal teams to assess new AI tools and vendors.
- •Collaborate with internal teams to translate AI guardrails into business enablement policies.
- •Architect and document long-term support processes for AI ticket triaging and troubleshooting.
- •Requirements 2+ years of experience in agentic AI, IT operations, and business systems enablement, or 4 years in technical program management.
- •Hands-on technical experience deploying/configuring generative AI productivity suites (e.g., Google Gemini, OpenAI/ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot).
- •Experience with API & Model Orchestration, integrating with frontier LLMs and multi-agent frameworks.
- •Strong fundamentals in software development with proficiency in Python and C++.
- •Ability to build dashboard telemetry using APIs (e.g., Sheets, SQL, Looker).
