TL;DR
Build and ship AI voice agents for customer service.
- •Elyos AI is building the next generation of customer service with AI Agents that handle calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages.
- •As a founding engineer, you will shape the company's product, customer interactions, and growth.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and ship core product features across the stack.
- •Design, build, and iterate on AI voice agents, including prompt engineering and conversation design.
- •Develop evaluation metrics, monitoring, and feedback loops for AI agents.
- •Work directly with customers to understand needs and deliver solutions.
- •Requirements Strong software engineering fundamentals.
- •Proficiency in Python or TypeScript.
- •Hands-on experience building with LLMs in production.
- •Comfort working across the full stack.
