Manage on-site projects at Fluidstack's data centers.
- •The Site Project Manager is responsible for on-site project delivery at Fluidstack's data centers, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and with minimal disruption to live operations.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of on-site projects Plan and manage scope, schedule, budget, and vendors for each site project Partner with operations and facilities teams to sequence work around uptime Manage and hold accountable contractors, vendors, and service providers on site Coordinate with engineering and SMEs to validate scope and execution for technical site projects Requirements 3-5 years deploying and managing infrastructure, construction, facilities, or data center projects end to end Site-based: able to be on site at a data center full time Demonstrated ownership of project scope, schedule, budget, and vendors with minimal oversight Working understanding of data center or critical-facilities environments and how to execute projects without disrupting live operations Experience managing contractors and vendors on active sites
