About the role
TL;DR
Design and implement AI-driven systems and automation for R&D processes.
- •Build R&D execution infrastructure in the Office of the CTO, designing AI-driven systems, tooling, and automation to streamline cross-pod coordination.
- •Key Responsibilities Audit R&D processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.
- •Design and deploy AI-native knowledge base and internal developer portal.
- •Build low-code integrations (Jira/Linear, Slack, GSuite) to automate metrics and project health.
- •Lead quarterly OKR cycles and establish a single source of truth for R&D planning.
- •Requirements 5+ years in technical program management, product operations, or engineering roles.
- •Experience building custom AI agents or using LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI API).
- •Proven experience managing planning cycles and OKR processes for technical teams.
- •Comfort writing scripts and building automation/integrations (low-code).
