TL;DR
Own manufacturing engineering for integration and assembly of modules at takt.
- •Key Responsibilities Build the assembly process: station design, sequence, torque and test standards, and line balance.
- •Launch new module configurations without breaking the line: change management from ECO to floor.
- •Attack the ramp curve: hours per unit down and first-pass yield up, week over week.
- •Requirements Engineered assembly operations for large, complex products: modules, vehicles, equipment, or skids.
