- •Robotics & Safety, you own the long-term product vision across RobCo's software, AI, and hardware capabilities, bridging the digital and physical to ensure smart, modular, and safe automation.
- •Key Responsibilities Define and shape the long-term roadmap for RobCo's software, AI, and hardware capabilities.
- •Drive seamless integration between software intelligence and mechanical systems, ensuring a cohesive and safe experience.
- •Partner with customers and stakeholders to define product strategy and specifications for hardware and software, embedding safety considerations.
- •Provide senior-level guidance on hardware development, including concept validation and prototype reviews.
- •Translate emerging technical capabilities into a coherent product strategy.
- •Requirements 10+ years of experience in product management for robotics, automation, or mechatronic systems.
- •Proven track record of owning product strategy end-to-end.
- •Strong understanding of software architectures, APIs, cloud systems, and safety-related requirements.
- •Deep hands-on familiarity with hardware development processes.
- •Expert-level ability to discuss robot kinematics, sensors, and control architectures.
