- •Nium is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the European market, defining product activation strategies and driving commercial success.
- •This role involves translating complex regulations into product decisions and acting as the product authority in enterprise sales conversations.
- •Key Responsibilities Define product activation strategies for the European market and own volume targets.
- •Translate regulatory requirements (PSD2, PSD3, EU instant payments, FCA) into product decisions and roadmaps.
- •Build and own the commercial proposition for Nium in Europe, working closely with the commercial team.
- •Expand product ownership over time to adjacent products like account validation and pull payments.
- •Requirements Substantive experience building in European payments, including PSD2 compliance and SEPA/UK Faster Payments launches.
- •Strong commercial acumen with experience in developing go-to-market strategies and engaging in enterprise sales conversations.
- •Ability to work autonomously, set direction, and influence product and engineering teams globally without direct authority.
- •Experience using AI seriously and at scale to compress execution. 8+ years in product management within European payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure.
