- •As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in shaping how Eye Security attracts, assesses, and hires exceptional talent across Europe.
- •This role is an opportunity to help build and scale a Talent Acquisition function that acts as a true strategic partner to the business.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with Hiring Managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and shape hiring strategies.
- •Own end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of technical and business roles.
- •Design and improve recruitment processes, including structured interviews and assessment frameworks.
- •Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines.
- •Take ownership of Talent Acquisition initiatives such as employer branding and process improvements.
- •Requirements Proven experience as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruiter.
- •Experience partnering with hiring managers to define hiring strategies.
- •Proficiency in end-to-end recruitment processes and candidate experience.
- •Experience in designing and improving recruitment processes.
- •Ability to develop proactive sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines.
