- •We are looking for a Smart Contract Engineer to build and operate the safest and most efficient Ethereum Staking Protocol.
- •Key Responsibilities Building and Operating the safest and most efficient Ethereum Staking Protocol Designing and deploying Solidity smart contracts for staking and restaking strategies Building backend systems to automate on-chain operations, secure user flows, and integrate protocol logic Engaging in rigorous testing, code reviews, and documentation to uphold high standards of quality and maintainability Participating as the security guardian in securing ether.fi's web3 tech stacks/ops Requirements Strong programming & design skill in Solidity Strong fundamentals in software engineering & enjoys problem solving Care about clean & secure smart contract code, and think deeply about edge cases and failure modes Thrive in fast-moving environments where specs are open-ended and the best idea wins At least 4 years industry experience
