- •We're hiring a Fraud Lead to own the full fraud stack for ether.fi's campaigns, credit card program, and fund flows.
- •You'll work closely with Engineering, CX, and compliance teams.
- •Key Responsibilities Own real-time fraud monitoring, alerting, and automated mitigation systems Hunt emerging threats: cashback farming, card testing, merchant abuse, friendly fraud, money laundry, and malicious behavior inside the Ether.fi ecosystem Develop and tune advanced fraud rules, behavioral signals, and scoring logic Work on internal tools, dashboards, and scripts that make the team more effective Define fraud strategy and operational playbooks that scale with the business Requirements Exceptional ability to find hidden signals in noisy transaction and behavioral data High ownership, low-ego, and ability to drive results in a fast-moving environment Knowledge of card/payment fraud mechanics (card testing, BIN attacks, friendly fraud, merchant collusion, etc.)
