- •This role is crucial for ensuring engineers have timely access to necessary parts and tools, keeping development and builds on schedule.
- •Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments, verifying quantities and documentation.
- •Maintain accurate inventory records and real-time visibility via ERP and tracking tools.
- •Organize and manage storage areas, ensuring efficient retrieval and clear part identification.
- •Interface with lab and engineering teams to understand material requirements and distribute supplies.
- •Requirements 2-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or inventory control.
- •Familiarity with ERP or inventory tracking systems, such as NetSuite.
- •High attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures precisely.
- •Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate closely with Engineering and Operations teams.
- •Comfort working in a hands-on, physical environment, including lifting and moving materials up to approximately 25 lbs.
