TL;DR

- •As an IT Support Engineer at Endor Labs, you’ll help build and maintain a secure, reliable, and seamless technology experience for our employees.
- •You’ll own day-to-day IT operations across endpoints, identity and access, business applications, networking, and office technology while helping us scale our IT environment as the company grows.
- •Key Responsibilities Own employee IT onboarding and offboarding, including laptop setup, configuration, deployment, and access provisioning.
- •Provide hands-on support for macOS and Windows environments and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues.
- •Manage and secure corporate endpoints using MDM and security platforms such as Jamf and CrowdStrike.
- •Manage user accounts, SSO, and access to corporate applications and SaaS platforms.
- •Partner with security and other teams to maintain a strong IT security and compliance posture.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-growing technology company. 4+ years of hands-on experience supporting macOS and Windows environments, including MDM and device management tools such as Jamf.
- •Experience with identity and access management, SSO, and SaaS administration using platforms such as Google Workspace or Okta.
- •Hands-on experience with endpoint security tools such as CrowdStrike and a good understanding of security best practices.
- •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
