- •Ema is seeking an Engineering Leader to manage and scale multiple product lines in the Voice, BPO, and Workforce Management space.

- •Key Responsibilities Architect and build scalable multi-tenant systems for enterprise customers.
- •Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary engineering team.
- •Own the end-to-end engineering for Voice AI Employees, Agent QA, and analytics platforms.
- •Build Workforce Management capabilities using operations research techniques.
- •Requirements 12+ years of software engineering experience, with 4+ years leading engineering teams.
- •Deep expertise in building real-time, data-intensive systems and scalable multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
- •Strong foundation in data stores, stream processing, and architectural decisions.
- •Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain high-caliber engineers.
