- •Centralize is building the system of intelligence that replaces the CRM for enterprise revenue teams.
- •We are hiring a product engineer to own entire product lines end to end, from customer conversations to shipping production code.
- •Key Responsibilities Own a full product line, including roadmap definition, technical architecture, implementation, and measurement of outcomes.
- •Work directly with customers to identify and prioritize what to build.
- •Build across the full stack: React and Next.js on the frontend, scalable backend systems, and LLM pipelines.
- •Work directly with founders on weekly product and architecture decisions.
- •Set the bar for engineering quality and shipping velocity as one of the first ten hires.
- •Requirements Demonstrated experience building a product from zero to one, or leading a high-impact technical initiative.
- •Strong product instincts and ability to operate independently.
- •Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- •Expertise across complex frontend and backend systems, including React, Next.js, background job infrastructure, and database architecture.
