- •ElevenLabs is building its people analytics function from the ground up to support its rapid scaling.
- •As People Analytics Lead, you will transform workforce data into actionable insights that guide hiring, organization, and talent retention strategies for a distributed, fast-growing team.
- •Key Responsibilities Own core people analytics functions including headcount planning, attrition/retention analysis, hiring funnel efficiency, compensation benchmarking, and organizational health metrics.
- •Build self-serve dashboards and reporting using tools like BigQuery, Looker, or Tableau.
- •Partner with the People team on workforce planning aligned with company growth and budget cycles.
- •Translate data into clear recommendations for group leads, moving beyond simple charts.
- •Establish data governance and standard metric definitions across HRIS, ATS, and other people systems.
- •Requirements 5+ years in people/HR analytics or a related analytics function, ideally with experience building a function at a fast-growing company.
- •Strong SQL skills and experience building dashboards in BigQuery, Looker, Tableau, or similar.
- •Proven track record of using workforce data to drive decisions in hiring, organization, or retention.
- •Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of translating data for both People teams and non-technical business leaders.
